Masked CCD¶
The hardware fault CCDs/pixels are masked by default in hscPipe. The following table shows the masked CCD information. The masked pixels are listed in hscpipe/6.7/lsst_home/stack/Linux64/obs_subaru/6.7-hsc+1/hsc/defects/[date]/defects.dat. For data observed after [date], the setting of defects.dat under [date] directory is applied.
